How to conduct a personal skill gap analysis

Log into MuchSkills. Go to TEAM/ORG - Analysis and then select Role Project Manager 🦸‍♂️

Scroll down on the page and type your name. You will now be able to view the skills you have as well as your skill levels. The entries in red show you the project manager skills you are missing. The yellow dot near a skill means you ranked yourself as a ‘beginner’, green means ‘intermediate’ and black means ‘expert’.

This is a great way to quickly see what skills you can improve or acquire.
